1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the NoMissedJob website (nomissedjob.com) and the NoMissedJob missed-call text-back and booking service, operated by Jan Heger, sole proprietor, Camarillo, California. By using the site or the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
NoMissedJob provides automated missed-call text-back, conversational qualification, appointment booking, and related messaging on behalf of local home-service businesses. When a caller’s call to a client business goes unanswered, the service texts the caller on the business’s behalf to continue the conversation and capture the job.
3. For business clients
- Pilots. Founding clients may receive a free trial period as agreed. Trials carry no obligation and can be ended by either party at any time.
- Setup and removal. We configure call-forwarding and the messaging system on your behalf. If you end the service, we remove the call-forwarding and restore your phone to its prior behavior.
- No guaranteed results. We work to recover missed calls, but we don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on your call volume, your responsiveness, and factors outside our control.
- Your responsibilities. You authorize us to send messages on your business’s behalf and confirm that the phone number(s) you provide are yours to use for this purpose.
4. Messaging terms
Messages are sent only to people who have contacted a participating business. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for full messaging and consent details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to send prohibited content, or to message people who have not consented. All messaging must comply with applicable laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoMissedJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business or revenue arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the prior month.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ventura County, California.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
